Breakfast:
Chocolate cranberry oatmeal cookies
(The last of my cookies! They smelt so good that I couldn't resist eating them with my daily morning cup of tea.)

Lunch:
Quinoa w/tofu veggie stir-fry, sweet potato chunks, mashed avocado, lime & cayenne pepper
(There's a lot of flavour and texture going on here. I'm still trying to figure out if I like chunky mashed avocado or ultra smooth mashed avocado with my quinoa.)
Snack:
Kale, spinach, pineapple & yerba mate tea smoothie topped w/puffed corn & cacao nibs
Snack:
Lots of dried mango strips
(I might love mangoes a wee bit too much.)
