Brunch:
Corn puffs, frozen blueberries, frozen pineapple chunks, walnut bits, silvered almonds, pb, almond butter, ground flaxseeds, cinnamon, cacao nibs, vanilla blueberry granola & flaxseed milk
(This was one chilly way to start a morning. Major brain freeze.)
Snack:
Rest of the Ben & Jerry's half baked frozen yogurt w/vanilla blueberry granola, silvered almonds, dark chocolate chips & cacao nibs
Dinner:
Citrus, pineapple & kale smoothie, seaweed & green bean tumeric oatmeal quinoa medley topped w/avocado slices & cayenne pepper
(Green and yellow, green and yellow. The green smoothie tasted like a super pulpy tropical fruit juice while the oatmeal quinoa medley had just the right amount of savoury for balance. Lots of juxtapositioning going on, but it totally worked.)
