Breakfast:
Assorted veggies w/quinoa & oats mixture
(I think I threw the rest of the broccoli, assorted bell peppers, brussel sprouts, asparagus and artichoke hearts into the pot but I could have forgotten a vegetable. The quinoa and oatmeal mixture was quinoa flakes, oatmeal, tumeric, ground flaxseed and almond flour. This reminds me of what I ate in high school for dinners.)
Snack:
Citrus, pineapple, mango & kale smoothie topped w/cacao nibs
Lunch:
Tea, assorted veggies w/quinoa & oats mixture
(Annnnnnnnd the usual migraine has come back! Luckily, I eat pretty bland most days so I didn't feel too nauseated from my dinner. Also very glad this wasn't the full-body-crippling migraine that I sometimes get.)
