Breakfast:
Carrot juice w/chia seeds
Brunch:
Kale, spinach, seaweed, quinoa & oats w/cayenne pepper & apple cider vinegar, sautéed apple chunks w/cinnamon & walnut bits 
(Ate this cold today and it tasted pretty good!)
Dinner:
Quinoa & oats w/sautéed apple chunks, cinnamon, walnut bits, dried cranberries, apple cider vinegar & cayenne pepper
Snack:
Kale, spinach, pineapple, blueberry, ground flaxseed & flaxseed milk smoothie
