Breakfast:
Ancient grains hot cereal w/spinach, cinnamon & flaxseeds, cantaloupe slice, rosemary potatoes, honeydew melon chunks, mint tea w/lemon
(I've been really into the potatoes here lately.)
Snack:
Apple, banana, pb
Lunch:
Smoked salmon wrap (picked out all the onions)
(This sounded so delicious: smoked Maine salmon wrap w/kale, red onion and cream cheese, but I guess I'm not used to eating fish anymore. My stomach really hurt after eating this.)
French vanilla coffee, baby carrots w/hummus
Dinner:
Honeydew melon chunks, pineapple chunks, baby carrots, tofu stir-fry, Szechuan green beans, black rice, cucumber slices w/hummus, broccoli w/flaxseeds, mixed greens, chickpeas
Assorted cereal w/pb & rice milk
Piece of Caitlin and Emma's waffle
