Happy birthday TK!!!

Breakfast:
Green tea, banana w/pb
Lunch:
Mint tea, baby carrots w/hummus, veggies w/chipotle gouda & guacamole wrap
(I liked this wrap, but I wish they put the guacamole in a separate container. The wrap got soggy way too quickly.)
Snack:
Leftover pb from breakfast, dark chocolate covered almonds
Dinner:
Jalapeno cornbread, lettuce, cauliflower, roasted butternut squash w/spices, cucumber slices, hemp seeds, salsa, rice & bean burrito, mint tea w/lemon
(Love love love jalapeno cornbread. Probably my favourite baked good that Val makes, besides plain cornbread. The squash was a bit too sweet for my liking; it tasted more like a Thanksgiving dessert.)
