Happy birthday, Katharine!

Breakfast:
Coffee w/chocolate soymilk, apple (didn't eat), mint barley salad, potato slices & roasted veggies, cucumber slices w/pepper, baby carrots
(I'm normally a black coffee kind of person, but today I felt like a "mocha".)
Lunch:
Coffee w/chocolate soymilk, forkful of this lucky charms treat
(This actually tasted like Val used real marshmellows! I'm pleasantly surprised.)
Cucumber slices, vegan ravioli w/marinara sauce, veggie burger wrap (3)
(Tried to squeeze out all the yucky tarty sauce, but I have to admit that the tartness makes the wrap. Ended up eating three halves, but mainly just the filling since the actual wrap doesn't contribute any flavours.)
Dinner:
Baby carrots w/hummus & cayenne pepper
Veggie hummus wrap
