Brunch:
Mint tea w/lemon, mixed fruit w/goji berry granola, spelt croissant
Broccoli, baked sweet potato w/cinnamon, baby corn, cucumber slices, hemp seeds, baby carrots, chickpeas, vegan ravioli w/marinara sauce & pepper
Snack:
Banana w/pb, cayenne pepper & cinnamon, dark chocolate covered almonds
Dinner:
Chana masala, wild rice w/hemp seeds, kale, roasted brussel sprouts w/cranberry sauce, broccoli
Apple pie w/cinnamon & apple slices, mint tea w/lemon
(The apple pie filling is too sweet and goopy for me. Adding cinnamon and apple slices makes it taste infinitely better.)
Spinach, tomato, feta & honey mustard pizza
(This used to have artichoke on it but I took Caitlin's slice and she had already picked out all of them. The honey mustard provided a nice contrast to the salty feta. If only the base of the pizza was better - I'd actually order this.)
