Happy birthday Daniel!

Breakfast:
Jalapeno cornbread, apple
Lunch:
Veggie hummus wrap, baby carrots w/hummus
Pumpkin bar, black coffee
(The bar was really dry today.)
Dinner:
Wild rice w/hemp seeds, vegetable vindaloo, cucumber slices w/pepper, bell pepper, artichoke salad, baked sweet potato w/cinnamon
Edamame gyoza
(Everyone was so excited about this. I didn't taste the appeal. The aftertaste also irked me.)
Late night snack:
Pineapple salsa w/quinoa black bean chips
(So good.)
