Breakfast:
Black coffee, plantain chips, dark chocolate hob nob, dried jackfruit, ginger tea
(A sweet breakfast to match an ungodly hour.)
 Lunch:
Lemon tea, baby carrots w/hummus, veggie hummus wrap
Dinner:
Cherry tomatoes, lettuce, chickpeas, cucumber slices, steamed veggies, asparagus, brown rice, farro, hemp seeds, flaxseeds
Mint tea w/lemon, carrot artichoke soup w/pepper
Snack:
Bits of a blueberry scone, chocolate oatmeal bar, caramel macaron & apple bar that Claire brought back
(I missed the Mead tea party but got to sample some treats anyway! I love apple pie, but I actually like this apple bar a lot better because it wasn't as sweet and the crust to filling ratio was much more to my liking. Plus it tasted more "homemade". Not a fan of the caramel macaron, but I don't like macarons much in general - unless I'm on a mission to sample the best ones. The chocolate oatmeal bars at Amherst have never, ever been subpar and this was no exception. Ooey gooey deliciousness, mm. I liked the "blandess" of the scone, but it was much too dry and crumbly.)
