Brunch:
Green smoothie* w/hemp seeds, vegan banana pancakes, spelt croissant, pain au chocolat
(Terrible pain au chocolat but the chocolate bit was still good.)

*Green smoothie: spinach, banana, peach, mango, OJ, ice
Dinner:
Blueberry cobbler w/cinnamon & strawberry vanilla swirl frozen yogurt (ate half)
Roasted beets, snap peas, wild rice, tofu pot pie, brussel sprouts, boiled potato w/hot sauce
(Have I mentioned how happy I am now that Val has beets? You really can't beat beets, brussel sprouts, sweet potatoes and carrots. Mmm. Plus some corn. And kale. I know my top five fruits, but I'm still uncertain about my top five veggies. Love too many.)
Snack:
Trail mix
