Breakfast:
Apple w/pb
Lunch:
Coffee, veggie hummus wrap, baby carrots w/hummus
Snack:
Trail mix
Dinner:
Jalapeno cornbread, peas, corn, asparagus, three bean chili w/pepper, roasted butternut squash, cucumber slices w/pepper
(I love chili and I love cornbread. So glad Val moved chili meals to dinners instead of lunch. Great Friday night dinner.)
Vegan apple crisp w/cinnamon
(This is what apple pie should taste like. Why can't they make apple pie filling taste like spiced, slightly sweetened apples instead of a goopy, apple-flavoured syrup?)
